Seeking a talented Construction Manager responsible for managing large-scale water, wastewater, and dam / levee construction projects across Southern California!

Oversees project execution, ensures compliance with agency standards, manages RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Leads client-facing meetings, provides constructability reviews, and mentors junior staff. Works closely with inspectors, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver multi-year, multimillion-dollar infrastructure programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Civil Engineering degree preferred

15+ years of relevant experience (open to mentoring less experienced candidates with strong passion)

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to manage multi-year projects ($100M–$400M+)

Familiarity with collaborative delivery methods (progressive design-build, CM at risk)

Experience Level

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $250000.00 / hr.
