Premier Outdoor Installations is seeking motivated Construction Laborers to join our team. This hands-on role involves the installation of commercial playgrounds and shade structures for schools, parks, and community spaces. We offer competitive starting pay, paid training, benefits, and advancement opportunities into leadership roles such as Crew Lead and Foreman.
Compensation : $15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of playground sites, including excavation, grading, and drainage
- Safely and efficiently assemble, install, and anchor playground structures, swings, slides, and shade systems
- Operate construction tools and equipment (drills, saws, compactors, etc.) in a safe and effective manner
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and crew members to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Unload, organize, and stage all building materials and tools for accessibility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite, including proper disposal of materials and debris
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site
- Support tradespeople and equipment operators as needed to complete additional project tasks
