Civil Design Engineer Long-Term Government Program in Hawaii

Engenium is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join a prestigious, long-term government program in Hawaii. If youre a U.S. citizen with a passion for excellence and a drive to contribute to impactful projects, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
Citizenship : Must be a United States citizen and able to provide proof of citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized).
Security Clearance : Possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance.
Education and Experience :
Graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (minimum four-year degree).
At least six (6) years of design management and / or design experience in tasks such as site layout, grading, and utility systems.
Professional License : U.S. Professional Engineering (P.E.) Registration in the discipline (preferred, but not required).
Technical Expertise :
Broad-based engineering principles and sound technical concepts for multi-disciplined project designs.
Demonstrated skills in site layout and grading design, water and sanitary sewer system design, stormwater calculations, and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
Communication Skills :
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Experience preparing correspondence, detailed reports, and briefing management.
Technology Proficiency :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and adaptability to new software (eCMS, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Additional Requirements : Complete the SF-85-P Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions.
