Our recipes all start with our favorite part, our team! We are on the search for enthusiastic and welcoming team members to join us! We take pride in our exceptional guest service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our guests appreciate and enjoy.
Ideal candidates will create an extraordinary guest experience as well as maintain a clean environment for our guests. Crushed Red Food Runners are our guests' primary point of contact once they are seated. It is imperative that this team member behave courteously and professionally at all times and assist any guest in need, anywhere in the dining room.
Our Food Runners :
- Run hot items to correct tables.
- Set up shareables and soups.
- Check soup levels and alert the kitchen lead when they are low.
- Ensure food quality.
- Maintain (and direct guests to) the finishing island.
- Keep the Food Runner station clean and organized.
