Description : ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in carrying food to tables on tray and / or by hand by course in front of each person
Sets up the expo station
Sets up the salad station and replenishes dressings
Informs the BOH of low stock items that need re-ordering (dressings, salsa, guacamole, fruit)
Breaks down the Expo line at the end of the shift
Restocks underline plates and doilies
Wipes down all trays pre, during and post shift
Assists in calling tickets during slow times
May assist banquet personnel in setting up, serving and cleaning up after banquet functions
Help to maintain fully stocked buffet
Other duties as assigned

Requirements : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

Demonstrated polished, professional appearance and presentation

Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task in a sporadic, fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain quality and safety standards

Strong reasoning ability and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents

Excellent interpersonal / relationship -building skills

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist, crawl, climb, clean, and lift up to 40 pounds

Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and exterior conditions and exposure to dust, fumes and gases

Must be able to work in close proximity to moving machinery

Independent mobility .
