Role Summary

The Senior Safety Specialist - Trainer role will coordinate and implement the field safety program for routine and complex construction projects. This position will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, identifying and documenting abatement of hazardous conditions, writing reports and performing trend analysis. This position will work with the Safety Training Team to implement existing Training Programs and establish additional Safety Training Programs to meet Company and Client specific expectations. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

• Autonomy & Decision-Making : Makes decisions on assigned areas of responsibility, provides recommendations to supervisor and refers all exceptions to supervisor, as needed.
