Job description

Millennium Information Services is growing! We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.

FIELD INSPECTORS NEEDED
FREE training and help desk available daily

QUALIFICATIONS :

Property Inspection experience is a plus

General construction knowledge

Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training

Must pass Background Check

Smart Phone required

Dependable vehicle needed

DUTIES :

Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.

Time service deadline, 15-20 days.

Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards / deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings.

Input information into our proprietary system.

GENERAL INFORMATION :

Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 exterior and $40-$90 interior, per inspection.

Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
