Description
Your Responsibilities
The Regional Safety Manager will be responsible to lead and manage the efforts to promote safe and compliant practices within our Corporate Health & Safety Dept. In the field of Construction, the Regional Safety Manager will be focused on providing safety expertise along with risk recognition / reduction skill, driving the goal of “Zero Accidents or injuries” through a proactive, safe work practice that utilizes prevention and mitigation techniques when assessing potential risks. Key traits for the individual in this position are : highly developed communication skills, team player, trainer, strategic and creative, excellent project management skills and the ability to drive performance from all areas within the company.
Your Essential Functions
Regional Lead Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
- Maintain current knowledge of safety trends and practices in the industry to adapt to changing safety environment
- Identify and implement company best practices to create standards in order to continuously improve safety practices
- Manages safety region to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses & deaths
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs related to occupational injuries directly related to the construction / manufacturing industry
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures

Regional Safety Management (Day to Day Operations)
Education & Certifications

Position Location : Territory covers Colorado and Utah.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.
Work requires regularly inputting / retrieving words or data into or from an automated / computer system.

Annually : $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
