Job Details :
Full time / Hybrid : Field and Office / Salary / Full benefits offered
Job Requirements & Responsibilities :
- Complete performance reviews
- Monitor safety programs and efforts with employees, ensuring safety is part of our culture and that all new hires have proper safety information and equipment
- Minimize construction hazards and enforce safety policies utilizing the company’s disciplinary policy
- Coordinate with Project Supervision so that correct equipment is utilized, adequate first aid materials are available and safety documents are posted on all job site
- Investigate all injuries and review all accident reports including corrective measures with employees and logging injuries / illnesses for OSHA purposes
- Record and forward copies of all safety related meetings, programs, safety pre-plans, inspections, correspondence, citations to the Safety Director
- Perform safety orientations and annual trainings
- Oversee substance abuse program
- Ability to work with management, owners, subcontractors, and employees
- Reliable transportation
- 40+ hours per week
- 3+ years roofing or construction safety experience required
- OSHA 10 & 30 required, preference to applicant with OSHA 500, CHST or CSP
Compensation :
