The Role
This position will play a critical role in strengthening athlete safety accountability across the Association ensuring adherence and consistent implementation of Safe Play protocols at all levels of the organization. This individual will be a champion for athlete safety, providing resources and support to the USTA National Campus and USTA National Tennis Center, USTA Sections, tennis facilities, and tournament organizers to ensure consistent implementation of Safe Play policies and best practices.
Oversee Safe Play Compliance :
Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs for USTA tournaments, programs, and facilities.
- Monitor adherence to Safe Play policies and procedures across all USTA sections and affiliated organizations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Lead and support annual audits conducted by the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

Travel Requirements :
This role involves 30-40% domestic travel within the United States.

The expected base salary for this position is $60,000-70,000 This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
