  • Analyze incident and injury data to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate current practices and recommend improvements that strengthen environmental performance, sustainability, and workplace safety.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Safety Professional certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Experience leading teams, conducting audits and risk assessments, and driving regulatory compliance.
