The principal duties and responsibilities will be : Safety observations with active correction Document findings and working with theteam to resolve Document and turn in observation sheets to the teamLead Giving facility tours to new employees focusing on exit locations, safety showers / eyewash stations, etc. Mapping out locations for future tools Adhere to strict facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and effective team communication. Work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while wearing a cleanroom suit or other PPE Requirements : Experience working in a safety role Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience working in an equipment installation or preventative maintenancerole Ability to read documents and understand safety equipment Understanding of EH&S principles & processes Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate as a team to get work done and advance work practices for effectiveness and efficiency. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative High School Diploma / GED Ability to successfully pass a drug screen andbackground check Proficiency with Microsoft 360 Applications Preferred : Experience working in a semiconductor fab / subfab Safety Training / Certifications Physical Effort / Activities : May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability tobend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
