Job descriptionSupport safety initiatives under the direction of the Lead HSE Coordinator Conduct site safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance Investigate incidents and provide analysis for improvements Identify and correct hazards, exercising stop-work authority when necessary Assist with supervisory inspections and enforcement of safety codes 3-5+ years of HSE experience in the utility or electrical industry (T&D, substation, powerline, heavy civil / electrical) Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred Must be able to travel up to 70% as needed
