Environmental Health & Safety Training Specialist

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Training Specialist for our Advisory Services team.

This individual will have s trong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with others. They will be responsible for delivering training sessions for our clients.

This position reports to a Managing Director . This role is hybrid and is based within our NY / NJ and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver half- and full-day training events for clients.
• Maintain a client-focused perspective, results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in compressed timeframe situations, strategic thinking capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Promote a proactive EHS culture by engaging employees, conducting training sessions, and implementing behavior-based safety programs.
• Build high-quality relationships with senior client team members and collaborate with various departments to implement effective strategies.

Basic Requirements :

5+ years of experience with EPA, DOT, and IATA DGR regulations.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to travel on a weekly basis, occasionally overnight. Per-diem and travel reimbursement are provided.
