Job description
My client is a very successful and growing Oil & Gas contract service company in Texas. We are helping them keep this momentum by bringing aboard a new Sales Account Manager to their Midland office. Their equipment includes : H2S treating vessels, glycol dehydration units and Total Flow Coolers. Knowledge of these chemicals and processes is required. The ideal candidate will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while gathering new business. The candidate must live in or know the areas and be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
Identify viable prospects and develop relationships with a complimentary customer base
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to stay current on their needs while generating new business across the customer organization
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Drive value with customers to differentiate the company's offerings from the competition
Utilize CRM to gather critical customer and project information, organize and plan meetings, and schedule activities for follow up
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in O&G sales
Basic sales process skills
Skills in relationship building, networking, customer presentations / meetings
