Job purpose
The focus of this role is to maintain Salesforce for the organization, including but not limited to implementation, training, troubleshooting, and user set-up. The Salesforce Administrator will act as a liaison and advocate cross-departmentally for Salesforce upkeep and administration. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias toward action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations. The ideal candidate for this role must be flexible, poised, professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in their decision-making and problem-solving skills. Must be an expert with technology and also fully embrace it as the platform on which we run our company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and regular business hours availability are required.
As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite), while serving as an example of the company’s mission : BELAY exists to glorify God by providing solutions that equip our clients with the confidence to climb higher.
Duties and responsibilities
Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner

- Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork.
- Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
- Administer and support Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and process automation).
- Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules in Salesforce in alignment with data security model.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Administer and support Salesforce Digital Experience Sites (e.g. BELAY Contractor Community).
- Provide primary support and training to CRM end-users.
- Create and maintain user documentation / training guides.
- Manage the Salesforce ticketing system and all user-submitted tickets, addressing issues as they arise.
- Complete regular internal system audits to uncover data integrity issues and / or opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
- Manage mass data imports / updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that address these requirements, ensuring solutions align with our existing data model and are not only scalable, but also safeguard the structural integrity of our org's architecture.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ months experience as Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
- Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player who is willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed.
- A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.
Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system or user-generated errors.

Working conditions
BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated and secure workspace, free of distractions, is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.
