Build or update and maintain process workflow needed in Salesforce CRM and ERP to meet sales operations’ functional requirements.
Support billing administration and analysis of all invoices, including quality control and validation of billable services, hours / costs to SOW and consolidated billing reports for key specific accounts.
Work and collaborate with global billing teams on invoicing matters as well as productivity reports integral to ensuring accuracy of invoices.
Assist Sales Team as needed to address contract issues or concerns and to ensure the timeliness of contract review.
Prepare analysis and report for Billing and Sales using data in Salesforce.com or Law data from website.
Sales Support responsibilities :
Responsible for Contract Administration in Salesforce, which includes ensuring contracts are up to date in Salesforce for project and billing management.
Assist with Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) development and administration, including proposal assistance, case budgeting / estimates, and SOW drafts.
Track contracts / SOW, including internal approval coordination and follow up with account manager or engagement manager to obtain executed document, and update Salesforce.
Qualifications & Requirements :
3 years of experience in Sales Operations, including direct work on Billing Administration and supporting a Sales Team.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bilingual in Japanese.
Knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com a MUST.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and produce sales productivity reports.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly proficient in computers, MS Office, and databases applications.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a MUST (knowledge of VLOOK-UP, PIVOT, SUMIF, IFERROR, SUM).
Can-do personality and excellent customer service skills.
