Location : Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin)
Work Model : Onsite
Base Salary : $70,000-$100,000 / year + Commission

Job Overview : We are a growing sales-driven organization looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to help scale our entry-level sales teams. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring SDRs, BDRs, and other entry-level sales professionals who are hungry to succeed. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong networking skills, a keen eye for sales talent, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience recruiting sales talent, preferably SDRs, BDRs, or entry-level sales reps.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using an ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and deliver quality candidates quickly.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies is a plus.
