Description : JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Service Representative is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers, overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities, handle any issues that may arise in the field, including an ability to deescalate situations, be proactive, assertive, maintain good follow up skills.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

• Maintain ongoing relationship with new and existing customers to solicit business and meet / exceed sales goals.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Perform customer site visits and communicate any potential workplace safety standard violations.
• Maintain constant communication with Sales team regarding new clients.
• Source and develop client referrals
• Respond to sales inquiries and service concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Actively search out new clients or potential new clients for the Sales team.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territories.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar job experience.

Experience working within a Staffing Industry or related field is preferred.

Education :

High School or equivalent required.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
