If you have experience selling Property and Casualty Insurance, Farmers Insurance and JC Bravo Insurance Agency LLC in San Diego (Old Town) invites you to apply for this position. We challenge you to strive to meet your potential. We are a successful insurance agency that is looking to expand their insurance sales team. If you are an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow by providing an outstanding client experience then apply today.

Base plus commission, plus split on broker fees, quarterly and yearly bonuses and other performance incentives such as trips, concerts, etc. Must have an active P&C license. Life and Health license a plus. Bilingual a definite plus. Reaslistic potential of $80K+ first year.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Provide exceptional client service.
Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Above average computer skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

Active Life and Health License a plus but not required at time of hire

High School diploma. College preferred.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Minimum 2-3 years prior insurance sales experience is preferred.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
