Vaco is currently assisting a client in their search for a Sales / Marketing Assistant in their Austin TX office! The Sales / Marketing Assistant will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting The Sales and Marketing teams in a variety of high-level tasks. This is a direct hire position hiring immediately!

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.

Prepare presentations, reports, and other necessary materials for meetings, events, and client interactions.

Organize and coordinate logistics for team meetings, sales presentations, and marketing events.

Support the VP in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.

Track and manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and key milestones are achieved.

Maintain an organized database of marketing campaigns, sales materials, and project documentation.

Assist the VP in monitoring sales performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.

Support the sales team by preparing client proposals, sales presentations, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Skill in oral and written communications

Ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management in person, via email, and over the phone
