Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to clients by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and understanding of industry trends and market insights.
• Facilitate efficient communication between account teams, creative teams, and inventory managers to meet client needs promptly and accurately.
• Handle the contract lifecycle from creation to execution for both direct clients and agencies, which includes preparing and processing associated forms.
• Work collaboratively with General Managers and the Sales team on all client relations aspects, including proposal completion, media plan preparation, and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Oversee the internal Proof of Performance process and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure quality control for photo-related deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales and Research teams to resolve report-related issues and assist with staff training.
• Aid in the billing process and resolve any discrepancies by partnering with Sales, Billing, and Collection teams.
• Build strong, detail oriented relationships with clients and internal teams across accounts, finance, and operations to drive high-quality results.
