Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships

Communicate with customers throughout all stages of thesales process

Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique andpersonalized experiences

Assist the sales associate with paperwork

Manage all sold cars through the make-ready department

Follow up with customers when permanent license platesarrive

Assist on test drives

Requirements : High school diploma

Organization and attention to detail

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Luxury retail experience preferred

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work evenings and weekends
