Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team in Englewood, NJ. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and assist with various administrative tasks. This position is non-exempt with the possibility of transitioning to an Outside Sales role in the future.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
• Assist with sales operations, such as processing orders, generating invoices, and tracking shipments.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct market research and gather industry information.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
