Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or retail, is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems (experience with dealership software is a plus). A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. Competitive salary with commission and bonus structure. Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.

Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of vehicle ownership, and offer suitable options within their budget and preferences.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in values in accordance with dealership policies.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends to provide customers with the most relevant information.
- Maintain an organized and clean showroom and ensure that vehicles are properly displayed.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
- Participate in regular training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
