Staffmark is looking for a Customer and Sales Support Clerk in Gardena, CA! If you're seeking an exciting, fast-paced role in a growing industry, this is your chance to join a dynamic team.

Pay : $18.00 / hr

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and sending customer quotes, receiving and processing RFPs (Request for Proposal), and creating and maintaining customer sales orders. You will also prepare weekly backlog reports, manage inventory updates, and interface with customers on purchase order acknowledgments, changes, and drawing requests. Additionally, you will assist with resolving customer issues, process change requests, and manage the scanning and filing of sales, manufacturing, quality, and HR records. You will maintain engineering, customer, and sales records, verify inventory, request quotes from procurement as needed, and provide production status updates to customers. When necessary, you'll also schedule online meetings with customers and support other department managers with clerical tasks. Must have prior related experience.
