A self-starter with a passion for sales and the beauty industry. Grow and manage an assigned sales territory. Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and attract new clients. Present promotions, business education, and products to drive sales. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve results. Use social media and virtual tools to engage with clients. Attend company meetings and industry events (virtually or in person). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in virtual presentations and social media engagement. Willingness to travel and meet clients in person. Reliable transportation and valid insurance. Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
