In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with clients, providing insights and guidance on their bathroom renovation projects. Your role will be instrumental in connecting clients with our top-tier products and helping them create the bathroom of their dreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
- Showcase and demonstrate Bath Fitter's innovative products and solutions.
- Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for potential clients.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with past clients, generating referrals and repeat business.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, product updates, and competition.
