Employee discount on products Free access to body contouring equipment Impromptu free lunches and Starbucks Mon-Fri - 10 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Sat - 10 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm Sunday - closed Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and close Contact leads generated by marketing companies Confirm consult appointments and conduct pre-consultation calls and provide follow-up communications Conduct consults while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wants Maintain acceptable level of personal production Maintain a clean an orderly office and red-light therapy room Maintain a positive work environment Can easily communicate with owners and clients Treat everyone with respect Youre passionate about health and wellness You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer experience You are not bummed out by having to work on Saturdays Your communication skills and personality are high-energy and engaging Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales numbers each week / month Ability to learn and use new software systems Ability to read a tape measure and do calculations (before / after body measurements for clients) Knowledge of and experience in health and wellness services is desired Knowledge of and experience in weight loss and / or body contouring is preferred, but not required

POSITION :
The purpose of the Sales consultant is to assist the Owners and General Manager with new package and membership sales. The Sales consultant will conduct all initial consults, body measurements, before / after photos, and sales closes. The position also assists with the retention of existing members and sanitizing the red-light therapy equipment and vibration platform after each use.
