Job description
Bradley Professional is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for a great company located in Greensboro, NC!
The Purchasing Coordinator will work directly with vendors to purchase all necessary products and materials needed to complete jobs, maintenance and shipping in a timely manner.
Duties Include :
Receive Bill of Materials from engineering
Check materials in stock and order out of stock materials
Track ordered items to ensure they shipped and are on schedule
Inform Project Management and Sales Teams of ordered items and their estimated delivery dates
Effectively manage inventory so stock items are maintained
Documentation of all inventory is up to date and organized
Ensuring system reflects actual inventory
Work closely with Accounting Team to get Purchase Orders as well as any price difference approvals
Supply vendors with timely purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of products required for current projects.
