About Teesnap :

Teesnap is a leading provider of cloud-based solutions designed to streamline operations for the golf industry. Our innovative platform integrates point-of-sale, inventory management, marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) services, tailored specifically for golf courses and golf retail outlets. We are dedicated to enhancing the way golf courses operate and improve their service delivery through cutting-edge technology.

About This Role :

As a member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating pipeline, playing a fundamental role in achieving our new customer acquisition and revenue goals. Success in this role will lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company. The position is in person and will be based out of our Las Vegas office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Qualifying OUTBOUND leads from Marketing and converting them into sales opportunities. (Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns.)
  • Meeting quota of qualified sales opportunities for Teesnap’s sales team.
  • Make 50-80 calls per day, with additional touch points by e-mail.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather critical sales information.
  • Deliver consistently against quota.
  • Continuously log activities, update records, and enter sales intelligence into Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing teams to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.
  • Proactively provide focused feedback on the business including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • High School diploma
  • High-caliber cold calling skills
  • Knowledge of common office software. Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is necessary for day-to-day operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Highly team oriented - must be able to accept contribute new ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management with ability to multitask, prioritize etc.
