Job Title : Junior Sales Development Representative (100% Remote)

What You Will Do :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our Benefits Advisers. Your success will be measured by the number of qualified appointments set and the resulting sales conversions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills in a supportive, remote environment while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities include :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their needs and eligibility.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' situations and explain the value of our Medicaid planning services.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Benefits Advisers to deliver tailored presentations and close deals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including appointment setting and conversion rates.
