As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in our Marmon Aerospace and Defense Group portfolio of wire and cable products for the aerospace, commercial, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, including but not limited to strategic marketing, digital marketing, content creation, branding, and advertising.
In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, including budget management, campaign development, ROI analysis, and sales enablement. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting new product development (NPD) commercialization in target markets and implementing targeted campaigns to reach specific vertical markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Marketing Strategy: As the Director of Marketing, you will be the architect behind our Strategic Marketing Plan. You will help us craft winning growth strategies and use your experience to craft and execute strategies that resonate with our audience, drive demand, and fostering customer engagement.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will help build a high-performance marketing team, guiding them with your expertise and empowering their growth. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with other departments, ensuring our marketing efforts align seamlessly with our overall objectives.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry, you'll conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Armed with these insights, you'll steer our strategies toward success, always staying one step ahead of the curve.
- Campaign Development and Execution: From concept to execution, you'll oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels. Whether it's digital, social media, email, or traditional advertising, you'll ensure our messaging influences our audience and drives results.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: You have a passion for analytics and insights, you will monitor key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. Armed with data-driven insights, you'll fine-tune our strategies, optimizing performance and maximizing ROI.
