Summary: Under the direction of the CEO/President, plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for Community Members and provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members. Scope of work may be modified by state specific rules under the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications:

Education:

• RN/LPN certification required, plus expierence

Licenses/Certification:

• Valid RN/LPN certification in the State of Michigan
• Valid CPR certification.

Experience:

• Five year experience in Assisted Living preferred.

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
• Supervise and mentor nursing and care staff
• Ensure medication accuracy and documentation compliance
• Partner with families, physicians, hospice, and care providers
