Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control, implement, and maintain strategies / action plans to generate and maximize overall revenues through sales, and some Marketing.
• Stimulate productivity of all sales staff through guidance, development, and support.
• Oversee and manage a sales team, develop and follow through on quarterly goals / targets.
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
• Review contracts to ensure accuracy.
• Work with the yield team to set rates monthly, weekly, and daily.
• Identify need periods and create action plans to fill these areas.
• Develop, maintain, and implement the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Effectively control and minimize all sales and marketing expenses while exceeding overall budgeted revenues and occupancy.
