Who are we?

XNRGY is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Engineer to join its team located in Arizona. Reporting to VP of Mission Critical , you will be a crucial member of the sales team combining your technical expertise with sales acumen to drive the company’s growth.
An overview of your responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the HVAC industry.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
- Design and prepare technical data including dimensional drawings.
- Create proposals and corresponding bid documents.
- Contribute to the development of Sales Tools
- Organize customer factory visits / witness testing and coordinate with other departments.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and technical presentations to support the sales team.
- Prepare documentation for a bid process.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of channel sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare CRM reports on territorial activities and bid prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Participate in trade shows, training, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
