We’re searching for a driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team and help shape the future of our U.S. success story. Expectations

  • Fully embrace the start-up mentality and commit to the unique opportunity to positively impact AMJ at the beginning of our journey.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, primarily Marketing professionals.

  • Sell impactful campaigns that reach Healthcare Professionals.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Design, Editorial & Operations) to ensure flawless execution for clients.

  • Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and closing deals within your assigned therapy area.

  • Proactively contribute to the wider team and help elevate AMJ as a whole to meet our ambitious targets, suggesting process improvements and opportunities to grow.


What We Look For:

  • Telesales/Phone-Based Sales Experience: You bring proven experience in telesales or phone-based sales.

  • Relationship-Focused Sales Professional: You excel at developing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Target-Driven & Confident Communicator: You are target-driven, confident in making calls to Director-level clients, and possess quick-thinking, positive, and persuasive communication skills.

  • Articulate & Expressive Relationship Builder: You are articulate and expressive, with a natural ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.

  • Team Player with a Growth Mindset: You are a collaborative team player, driven to succeed while supporting colleagues, and committed to continuous improvement and personal development.

  • Open to Feedback: You are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Key Details

  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 base

  • Commission: Uncapped 7% on all revenue generated (OTE $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience)

  • Reports to: SVP of Business Development

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

  • Location: This role is based onsite, 5 days a week, in our Miami office
