What You’ll Enjoy:

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
  • Utilize TFotce Worldwide to build LTL business
  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts
  • Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership

What We’re Looking For

“Driven, Experienced, and Relationship-Focused”

  • 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
  • No Non-Compete/non-solicit
  • $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month+ Gross Margin - TRANSFERABLE BOOK OF BUSINESS
  • Proven sales and relationship-building success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceeds Sales targets
