Job description

Job Title : Identity Sales Executive

Department : Sales

Reports to : Senior Vice President, Sales

Effective Date : December 2024

Job Summary :

The Identity Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for driving revenue through selling Stirista’s products and services with a focus on identity-related products. The SE is responsible for prospecting and closing new logo opportunities. The SE owns the full sales cycle.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Understands and is comfortable presenting all Stirista’s products and services.
  • Deep understanding of the identity data landscape
  • Prospects frequently for new business opportunities.
  • Follows-up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Travel for prospect meetings and applicable tradeshows.
  • Exceeds quarterly and annual new business objectives.
  • Keeps Salesforce.com current with all opportunities.
  • Works closely with Client Services to make sure new clients are effectively transitioned to Client Services for a successful launch.
  • Collaborates with Marketing teams to develop and promote sales narratives about the value proposition.
  • Stays abreast of competitive and market changes.

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Established record of exceeding new business revenue expectations.
  • Experienced in selling identity products (graphs, identity resolution, etc.)
  • Understanding of IP graph, CTV graph, HEMs.
  • Relationships with decision makers at major ad agencies and brands.
  • Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
  • Agile learner – able to demonstrate rapid grasp of new technology and product updates.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in front of a client a must.
  • Ability to travel nationwide to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
  • Education and Experience :

  • 5+ years of data sales experience.
  • Experience managing long and short sales cycles with multiple partners in order to diversify portfolio of business under management.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to travel 30% of the year.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times.
