We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Provider Sales team supporting the greater Chicago and Kansas City area markets . ABOUT THE ROLE
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading the company's efforts to market its services to specialty providers across IVX Health's current and new markets to achieve revenue and growth targets within a specific geographical area. This individual will manage a field-based sales team across multiple markets focused on specialist provider offices and will be expected to provide leadership, sales management and coaching to drive provider referrals and patient encounters as the Company seeks to achieve its growth objectives. The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Sales Leadership
Oversee and manage the field sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical partners as well as key clients and accounts, ensuring high provider satisfaction
Leverage internal systems, including an EMR and CRM system, to monitor sales activities, track referral progress, and assess areas of opportunity
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding sales representatives to maintain highly skilled and motivated sales team members

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Wage Range :
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our Area Sales Manager role, we generally pay new hires a base pay between $132,000 and $143,000 in the greater Chicago, IL market. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for commissions / bonus, 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.
