Job Description :

We are looking for an energetic and experienced roofing sales professional with a proven track record in obtaining and closing roofing contracts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to handle both commercial and industrial roofing sales. We value candidates who are driven by ambition and passion for the industry, not just the need for a job.

Our projects vary in scope, ranging from complete tear-offs, re-roofing, seismic upgrades, and ongoing roof maintenance, inspections, and repairs for all major commercial roof systems.

Qualifications :

• Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
• Strong ability to estimate roofing projects of various sizes (ability to read plans is a plus)
• Must be efficient and organized
• Must maintain a professional attitude, exhibiting honesty, integrity, and respect in all interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and property managers
• Strong technical knowledge of various roofing systems and repair alternatives
• Ability to create accurate cost estimates and proposals for various roofing solutions
