Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is high motivated & disciplined, and passionate about helping others
- Must hold a Life Insurance License in your home state OR be willing to obtain. We are able to assist you in the process if you do not currently have one.
- 1-2 years experience selling a product or service preferred - not required
- Extremely coachable & motivated
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ability to work remotely

The Henrie Agency is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, follow our sales process & system to find success, be coachable and ready to learn!
