Overview : We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our sales team. As an Sales Engineer you will play a key role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise product demonstrations and solutions consulting to prospective customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs communicating the value proposition of our products and solutions and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Roles and Responsibilities :
Technical Sales Support :
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations presentations and technical discussions with prospective customers.
- Articulate the features benefits and value proposition of our products and solutions to address customer needs.
Solution Design and Consultation :
Assess customer environments and business challenges to design tailored solutions using our products.
Proof of Concept (POC) and Pilots :
Coordinate and manage POCs and pilot projects to validate the functionality and performance of our solutions.
Technical Expertise and Training :
Stay current with industry trends product developments and competitive landscape in solutions.
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including technical decisionmakers and influencers.
Sales Support and Collaboration :
Assist in developing sales strategies proposals and responses to RFPs / RFIs.
