Inside Sales Lead Job responsibilities include :

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the inside sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Utilize and manage the CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
• Sales Forecasting : Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.
• Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our window and door products, features, and benefits.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
