Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Ontario, California. This full-time role is perfect for an individual with a passion for sales and marketing who is looking to contribute to a thriving business environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and sell products to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for senior IT consultants to facilitate client engagement.
- Support senior consultants with necessary research and prepare marketing materials.
- Make 20-50 calls per day to prospective clients to promote services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM software with accurate client information.
- Contribute to graphic design projects and manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
Required Work Hours
The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, following the 1st shift schedule.
