Job Details Job Details: We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plating Operations Lead to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about aerospace quality and has a strong background in cell plating. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of environmental compliance, plating cycles, and chemical bath procedures. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire plating operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of plating operators, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and productivity. Oversee all aspects of cell plating, including process optimization, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure all plating operations are in compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. Develop and implement plating cycles and chemical bath procedures to optimize efficiency and quality. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain aerospace quality standards. Manage NADCAP accreditation process for plating operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in plating operations. Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the manufacturing industry, specifically in plating operations. Extensive knowledge of cell plating, plating cycles, and chemical bath procedures. Strong understanding of environmental compliance regulations in the manufacturing industry. Experience with NADCAP accreditation process is required. Familiarity with aerospace quality standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
