The Cliffs Notes
As the Sales Operations Sr. Analyst at Kinective, you'll be the driving force behind a fast-growing, high-performing sales organization. Reporting to the EVP of Sales, you'll combine your expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and QuotaPath to refine processes, accurately reconcile monthly commissions, and deliver data-driven insights that power our revenue engine. We're seeking a seasoned professional-someone who understands the nuances of sales operations and can immediately add value in a dynamic, collaborative environment. If you're excited by the prospect of translating raw data into actionable strategies, partnering with diverse teams, and influencing the very trajectory of our business, you'll find your ideal challenge here. Picture spending 40% of your day deep in sales metrics for forecasting, 30% driving cross-functional alignment for optimal processes, and 30% fine-tuning dashboards to ensure real-time visibility. Your contributions will resonate across Kinective, catalyzing innovation, growth, and transformative success.
What You'll Own :
- Drive Operational Excellence
Take ownership of the sales tech stack-Salesforce, HubSpot, QuotaPath-ensuring data integrity, smooth integrations, and seamless lead-to-close processes that empower the entire sales org.
Champion accuracy and transparency by calculating and reconciling monthly commissions, utilizing QuotaPath and other tools to keep our sales teams motivated and informed.
Build, refine, and manage pivotal dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools, offering actionable insights into past, present, and future sales performance for reps, CSMs, and executive leadership.
Dive into the details of pipeline health and trends to create reliable forecasts and strategic growth recommendations-ensuring the team is always one step ahead.
Work seamlessly with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align objectives, share critical data, and maintain the consistent flow of insights that drives deal closures and customer success.
Partner closely with our Sales Enablement team to provide the metrics and visibility needed to refine training initiatives, helping our reps and CSMs perform at their absolute best.
Spot inefficiencies, recommend impactful solutions, and implement best practices that elevate productivity and performance within the sales organization.

The Team
In this role, you would be a part of the Sales team and reporting to EVP of Sales.
Office Expectation
This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.
