What You Will Get To Do:
- Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to field sales and sales management related to sales performance
- Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, and other business functional teams
- Analyze issues and weaknesses in sales and operations processes therefore can make recommendations to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency
- Help sales team and sales management team prepare data for their team meetings as well as Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Partner with perspective sales leaders to plan, define and manage territory
- Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
- Collaborate with Incentive, Finance Operations, Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships
What You Will Bring:
- 2-3+ years of sales operations experience
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skill
- Sales operations experience in a software organization
- Expert MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience digesting and articulating complex and accurate data to sales leaders within the organization
- Preferably experience using Salesforce
- Experience using Tableau

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: $80,000 plus bonus USD to $95,000 plus bonus USD.
