Description
Position Title : CRM Operations Analyst, CRM Operations Position Classification : Regular, Exempt, Full-Time, 40 hours / week Reports to : Senior Director, CRM Strategy and Operations Location : Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the . or a hybrid of these two options but must be able to work east coast hours (9am – 5pm ET). Database Management (50%)
Ensure accuracy of CRM data through a range of activities including but not limited to :
- Design and execute daily data imports, bulk updates and exports.
- Design and run a suite of data quality checks; clean up data as necessary.
- Identify and merge duplicate records.
- Complete data cleanup projects as assigned.
- Monitor Fundraise Up integration and resolve sync errors.
- Monitor Salesforce’s data health reports and resolve issues; run National Change of Address (NCOA) updates; standardize contact names and address records.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to define data and execute imports / exports to support data screenings and data appends.
User Support, Training and Documentation (30%)
Gift Administration Support (15%)
Acknowledgments, tax receipting and compliance reports (5%)

Pay and Benefits The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $60,000-70,000 / year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $55,000 and $75,000 / year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
