Job Description
Inhabit, the industry leader in SaaS Property Tech, is seeking a highly analytical and growth-minded Sales Operations Growth Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, this role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of reporting, sales performance, and operational execution. You will play a key role in enabling scalable growth by owning sales reporting, supporting commission processes, and driving visibility into new sales initiatives and programs across our multi-brand organization. This position partners closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, insight generation, and execution discipline.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Own and maintain core sales reporting, models, and KPI tracking to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance management.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards used by Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations.
- Monitor and enforce data quality standards across Salesforce and related systems to ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects tied to growth initiatives, territory changes, pricing updates, and GTM motions.
- Surface trends, risks, and insights from sales data to support operational decision-making.
Sales Programs & New Initiatives
- Own operational tracking and reporting for sales programs and new initiatives (SPIFs, pilots, GTM experiments, incentives, etc.).
- Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to define success metrics, tracking methodologies, and reporting cadence for new programs.
- Ensure sales programs are accurately reflected in Salesforce and downstream reporting.
- Track program performance and provide post-launch analysis to inform future optimization and investment decisions.
Commissions & Revenue Support (Part-Time)
- Support the preparation, audit, and validation of monthly and quarterly commission calculations across multiple sales teams.
- Reconcile commission inputs and outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with source systems.
- Serve as backup support for commission processing and related reporting as needed.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 2+ years in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related role
- Strong understanding of commission plans, sales roles, and variable comp structures
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with CaptivateIQ or similar tools preferred
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled environments a plus
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent experience
